What moves the Monero price
- Exchange access. Delistings by large exchanges such as Binance (February 2024) and Kraken in the EEA (October 2024) cut liquidity in some regions. Follow them in the delisting tracker.
- Regulation. The EU's rule barring crypto firms from handling privacy coins from July 2027 is the next big date; see the EU privacy-coin ban explained.
- Supply. Monero has a fixed tail emission of 0.6 XMR per block, so supply grows by roughly 157,000 XMR a year; see Monero supply.
